Villa Maria is our newly renovated Long-term Care Campus, located at 116 South Central Avenue in Mulvane, Kansas. We provide living solutions for Long-term Care as well as therapy services for Short-term Rehabilitation and Outpatient Therapy. Our 64 bed community was recently renovated, which allowed us to bring everything up to new building code, enlarge resident/guest rooms, implement a state of the art air handling system and more!
Long-term Care

Villa Maria offers private and semi-private rooms for our long-term care residents. Each room has an individual entrance from the hallway, handicap accessible bathroom, personal closet, mounted TV with cable, wi-fi, bed, dresser, night stand, rolling bedside table, large window for natural lighting, individual temperature control and call light system for assistance. Semi-private rooms share a bathroom with their suite mate, accessible from a short hallway on the exterior wall, connecting the two rooms for convenience and privacy.
We offer 24 hour skilled nursing, Medical Director on staff, rehab therapies and restorative programs, personalized resident activities, church services in our on-site chapel, pastoral care, outings with wheelchair accessible transportation, a secure and smoke-free campus, restaurant style dining, respite care and end of life care.

Short-term Rehab
A Short Stay Can Go a Long Way!
Villa Maria partners with Select Rehabilitation to offer in-patient, short-term rehab. All of our rehab guests enjoy a private room with a handicap bathroom, zero-entry shower, mounted TV, cable, wi-fi, a recliner, personal closet, dresser, night stand and rolling bed-side table. We provide in-room therapy when needed as well as access to our beautiful therapy gym.
We are committed to providing individualized programs to meet each of our short-term guest's needs with outstanding results and excellent quality of care. We focus in the areas of Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Therapy (ST).
All rehab guests are empowered to meet and exceed goals in order to maximize their safety and independence when returning back home.

Outpatient Therapy
Now Available for Vaccinated Patients!
Villa Maria partners with Select Rehabilitation to offer outpatient services for those living at home, who may benefit from therapy services.
We offer Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Therapy (ST) in our new, spacious therapy gym, easily accessible from our main entrance. If you feel you would benefit from outpatient therapy at Villa Maria, please ask your doctor for a referral. All patients requesting therapy are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
