Villa Maria, Inc. is a not-for-profit senior living community, with two beautiful senior living campuses. We are sponsored by the Adorers of the Blood of Christ and are located in the quaint town of Mulvane, KS, just outside of Wichita. We offer senior living solutions for Assisted Living and Long-term Care needs, as well as therapy services for short-term rehabilitation and outpatient.

Assisted Living
Maria Court is our beautiful Assisted Living Campus, located at 633 East Main Street in Mulvane, Kansas.
We offer Assisted Living apartments that feel like home, complete with the important amenities for daily living and community-wide amenities and recreation areas. Our community also has a large open courtyard for relaxing or taking a stroll on our walking paths.
Pets are also welcome at Maria Court (upon approval).

Short-term Rehab | Outpatient Therapy
Villa Maria is our newly renovated Long-term Care Campus, located at 116 South Central Avenue in Mulvane, Kansas.
We provide living solutions for Long-term Care as well as therapy services for Short-term Rehabilitation and Outpatient Therapy.
Our 64 bed community was recently renovated, which allowed us to bring everything up to new building code, enlarge resident/guest rooms, implement a state of the art air handling system and more!
